Marketing Senior Manager of Content and Communications Strategy at murmuration

Leads content creation, digital campaign strategy, and performance-driven advertising to build community engagement and organizational impact.

Senior Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who We Are

At Murmuration, we believe that America’s promise is shaped and reshaped by the best ideas and ideals of its communities, and the dreams of the people who believe in a better life for themselves, their families, and each other.

We help organizations build power in their communities in four key ways: we organize a network of values-aligned partners; we provide deep, data-driven insights into people, places, and perspectives; we develop tools that make organizing and engagement easy and more effective; and we offer services that strengthen our partners’ capacity to lead change in their communities.

We envision an America where every community has what it needs to help people lead healthy, free, and dignified lives. We work to redesign the systems and structures we all depend on — how we learn, live, govern, and solve problems — so that they are just, equitable, resilient, and rooted in shared responsibility. By strengthening the ties that hold communities together, we aim for civic life defined by collective action and care, with effective leadership that truly represents everyone.

We are a collaborative, curious, and creative team of organizers, scientists, teachers, technologists, campaign veterans, and more who share the unwavering belief that we can use our gifts in service of transforming America — together. We’ve built our team guided by the belief that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. And so we support each other relentlessly — rallying together to face challenges the same way we celebrate each other’s wins.

About the Position

Murmuration is seeking a Senior Manager of Content and Communications Strategy to lead the development and execution of innovative, high-impact media campaigns. This leader will oversee campaign creative, digital content strategy, and performance-driven advertising in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong creative instincts, a track record of running successful digital campaigns, and deep experience managing both people and vendors.

This role blends strategic leadership, creative development, and digital campaign execution. The Senior Manager will help shape compelling narratives, oversee the production of high-quality content, and ensure campaigns drive measurable outcomes across platforms.

Job Level: M4

What You’ll Do

Digital & Creative Strategy

  • Lead the development of integrated digital and content strategies that support organizational and partner goals;
  • Conceptualize and oversee cutting-edge digital and media campaigns, including narrative strategy and creative concepts;
  • Translate strategic objectives into high-impact content across platforms including video, social media, digital advertising, and email; and
  • Lead the development of creative concepts, messaging frameworks, ad scripts, and direct-to-audience communications (including mail where applicable).

Campaign Management & Performance

  • Own the end-to-end process for paid media and digital campaigns, from concept to execution to measurement;
  • Oversee and collaborate closely with digital vendors on paid media strategy, targeting, optimization, and performance reporting;
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks, and communicate results to partners and stakeholders in clear, actionable ways; and
  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize creative and digital strategies.

Team & Partner Leadership

  • Manage and support the Creative Manager, providing mentorship, direction, and strategic guidance;
  • Serve as a key liaison to partner organizations, translating their goals into creative and digital strategies; and
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.

Brand, Content, & Storytelling

  • Ensure all creative and content reflects Murmuration’s values and strengthens brand identity;

  • Elevate the quality and impact of storytelling across campaigns and platforms; and

  • Maintain a strong understanding of emerging digital trends, platforms, and technologies to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.

  • 7–10+ years of experience in content/digital strategy, creative leadership, or campaign management at an agency, political campaign, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization;

  • Demonstrated experience leading high-impact media campaigns with measurable results;

  • Proven ability to manage creative talent and external vendors effectively;

  • Strong portfolio of work showcasing digital storytelling, creative strategy, and performance-driven campaigns;

  • Deep understanding of paid media, digital platforms, content strategy, and analytics;

  • Excellent writing and messaging skills, with experience crafting scripts, digital content, and campaign narratives;

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment; and

  • Experience translating complex data and performance metrics into clear insights for partners and stakeholders.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in political, advocacy, or social impact environments;
  • Familiarity with modern digital organizing and persuasion tools; and/or
  • Experience with polling, audience research, or message testing.

Talented Senior Managers come from all walks of life and career. If you are passionate about civic engagement and technology, please apply, even if you do not check every box!

We are proud of our commitment to building an organization and culture shaped by respect, empathy, and collaboration, where our team’s diversity fuels innovation, civic engagement, and meaningful change. We welcome new colleagues who will help us nurture this collective effort. Join us.

Marketing Senior Social Media Manager at Airtable

Designs and executes social media strategy across multiple platforms, creates platform-native content, and leverages AI tools to optimize workflows and identify trending narratives.

Senior Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done.

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to architect Airtable’s social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, and build out the program with real intention. This role calls for someone who can build an overarching social strategy with distinct, channel-specific approaches that reflect how audiences actually behave on each platform. You’re inheriting a program with momentum, and your job is to take it further.

The ideal candidate thinks like a journalist with a beat, is proactive in their social media approach, and is a self starter and does their best work without much direction. You’ll also utilize AI to optimize workflows and get strong outputs from them.

You’ll work closely with Brand, PMM, Content, and Events to keep social connected to everything happening at Airtable – product launches, campaigns, live events, and cultural moments.

What you’ll do

Strategy Architecture

  • Design and own an overarching social media strategy with a clear point of view, and develop channel-specific approaches that reflect the distinct dynamics of LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Define the strategic framework that governs content priorities, platform investment, voice, and cadence across channels and evolve it as the landscape shifts.
  • Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows that reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, freeing up more bandwidth for high-leverage strategic and creative work.
  • Treat AI fluency as a strategic advantage, staying current on how the tools themselves are evolving and factoring that into how Airtable shows up in the AI conversation on social.
  • Write platform-native copy that earns engagement and sounds like a human wrote it.
  • Stay ahead of AI and tech trends not as a passive observer, but as someone who synthesizes what’s happening and translates it into differentiated, timely social narratives.
  • Finds insights from analytics, emerging trends, or from internal teams and turn them into always-on content pillars on social.
  • Identify and monitor KPIs and success metrics per platform, and use them to sharpen strategy over time.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Events and agency partners to build cohesive narratives that are adapted for each channel.

Execution & Content Creation

  • Proactively develop and refine agentic AI workflows to streamline the social workstream. Build and manage agents that assist with content research, drafting, performance monitoring, and more.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (copy, video, images, stories, reels) across all social channels, maintaining brand voice while tailoring to platform context.
  • Own the social content calendar end-to-end, ensuring posts are timely, relevant, and on-brand.
  • Exceptional copywriter with high attention to detail.
  • Show up on camera as a confident, natural talent and a representative of Airtable— whether for short-form video, demos, commentary, or thought leadership content.
  • Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and moderate conversations to build community and brand trust.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing on paid social media to support traffic and conversion goals.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics weekly and monthly.
  • Use data to drive ongoing content optimization and strategic refinement.
  • A/B test content formats, posting times, and engagement tactics to improve performance.

Who you are

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B or tech environment.
  • A proven strategy builder — you’ve developed overarching social strategies with differentiated, channel-specific approaches, not just managed a content calendar.
  • A genuine student of your space: you track industry shifts, competitors, and cultural moments the way a journalist covers a beat — proactively, consistently, and with a point of view.
  • Deeply curious about and experimental with AI. You not only follow what’s happening, but are building and experimenting constantly, and incorporate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript) into your workflow in ways that sharpen your output.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera — you can present ideas, narrate content, or be the face of a campaign without needing a production team to make it work.
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content production skills across formats.
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple workstreams without losing strategic clarity.

What we offer

  • Duration: 12-month contract
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Work Schedule: 40 hr / week
  • Location: Remote (United States)

Airtable is an equal opportunity employer. We embrace diversity and strive to create a workplace where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. We welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives. • Working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where your programs directly impact revenue.
  • Partnering with high-caliber Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leaders who genuinely care about alignment and shared outcomes.
  • Having the mandate to experiment with AI and new approaches to define what “world-class ABM” looks like for our category.

If you want to build and scale an ABM engine that sellers love and use AI to push what’s possible, we’d love to talk.

Who You Are

  • You focus on the work and thrive where strategy meets execution. You love working shoulder-to-shoulder with sellers, understand their world, and build campaigns that help them win the hardest deals. You’re curious, outcome-driven, and comfortable pushing for better—grounding your opinions in data.
  • You know how to turn account insight into coordinated plays that create momentum, deepen relationships, and accelerate revenue. You understand that great 1:1 ABM is not just campaigns — it’s orchestration. You know how to align Sales, SDRs, RevOps, Product Marketing, executives, and customer-facing teams around a shared account strategy. You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • You are also excited about how AI is transforming ABM — from account research and stakeholder mapping to personalization, insight synthesis, and workflow automation. You actively use AI tools to increase speed, quality, and sophistication in your work.
  • As a Senior ABM Manager at BuildOps, you will lead highly personalized 1:1 ABM programs for a focused set of Strategic and Enterprise accounts. You will act as an extension of the account team to help drive pipeline creation, accelerate opportunities, and support BuildOps’ move upmarket.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own Strategic 1:1 ABM Programs

  • Develop and execute bespoke ABM strategies for a portfolio of Strategic and Enterprise accounts.
  • Partner directly with Enterprise AEs, SDRs, Sales Leaders, and RevOps on account planning, whitespace analysis, stakeholder mapping, and deal acceleration strategies.
  • Build highly personalized multi-channel engagement plans tailored to account priorities, buying committees, competitive dynamics, and sales stages.
  • Support high-value opportunities through coordinated plays designed to improve engagement, multi-threading, executive alignment, and pipeline progression.

Drive Account Team Orchestration

  • Operate as an embedded extension of the account team across Sales, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, Product Marketing, and leadership.
  • Facilitate strategic account reviews and identify opportunities to improve account penetration and deal velocity.
  • Build repeatable frameworks for account orchestration, executive engagement, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Develop tailored experiences across direct mail, executive programs, events, content, paid media, outbound coordination, and digital engagement.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Content teams to translate customer insights and industry challenges into compelling messaging and strategic narratives.
  • Support executive relationship-building initiatives for top-tier accounts.

Use AI to accelerate

  • Account and persona research
  • Stakeholder and buying committee mapping
  • Insight synthesis and opportunity identification
  • Personalization of messaging and engagement
  • Workflow automation and experimentation
  • Build scalable AI-assisted workflows while maintaining strong quality control and brand standards

Measure and Optimize Impact

  • Define success metrics aligned to pipeline creation, deal acceleration, engagement, revenue impact, and strategic wins.
  • Partner with RevOps on reporting, dashboards, and account-level insights.
  • Communicate performance, learnings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

What We Look For

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years in ABM or enterprise demand gen owning programs for named accounts.

  • Proven track record running highly personalized 1:1 ABM programs supporting complex enterprise sales motions.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise account planning, buying committees, multi-threading, and longer sales cycles.

  • Experience operating as a trusted strategic partner to Enterprise Sales teams and leadership. Strong sales alignment mindset—comfortable in deal reviews, QBRs, and pipeline conversations.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing/ABM tools (Salesforce plus HubSpot/Marketo or similar; bonus for tools like 6sense, Demandbase, Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Mutiny, Qualified, etc.).

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated AI fluency in marketing, including:

    • Using AI for research, analysis, and content generation with strong human QA.
    • Building repeatable AI-assisted workflows (e.g., play templates, personalization at scale).
    • Understanding risks, guardrails, and how to keep AI outputs on-brand and accurate.
    • Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude, Glean, Perplexity & more
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tying ABM efforts to pipeline, opportunity progression, win rates, and revenue outcomes- not just vanity metrics.

  • Comfortable operating at a senior IC level with high ownership and autonomy.

  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS or tech-driven company is strongly preferred. Construction tech or commercial contractor industry experience is strongly preferred.

What You Bring & How You Operate

  • Bias for action. You move fast, prioritize impact, and can ship high-quality work without a lot of hand-holding.
  • Excellent communication. You can craft compelling narratives for prospects and clear updates for internal stakeholders—from SDRs to executives.
  • High standards and great taste. You care about the details—from subject lines and gifting to event concepts and decks—and know what “excellent” looks like.
  • AI-first curiosity. You’re actively looking for ways to use AI to work smarter, test more, and deliver better experiences without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Data-driven and outcome-oriented. You’re comfortable saying what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re changing next.
  • High empathy and partnership. You understand the day-to-day reality of sellers, SDRs, and customers, and you build programs that make their lives easier.
